Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Christian Grandparenting Network we aim to please, so if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you purchased please contact us within 20 days of the item’s ship date by e-mailing us at info@christiangrandparenting.net or call 1-719-522-1404 so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please note that all closeout sales are final.

All refunds and exchanges must be requested within 20 days from the date your product was shipped, regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the ship date. Items received after 30 days will NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Items returned after the 30-day period has expired will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

RMA# must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box.

Provide written detailed instructions with the return stating your name and the order number. Indicate any exchanges. Include style, color, size or name of the exchange item. If you have any questions please fell free to contact us for further information.

Returns must meet ALL applicable criteria:

  • Closeout sales are FINAL and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be clearly marked on the box.
  • Products must be returned in un-used condition and in their original packaging (hang tags, manufacturer’s box, packaging paper, plastic bags, etc.). Please be sure to package well. Items showing any signs of wear such as removal of tags, fingerprint smudges, makeup stains, sweat stains, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange.

Christian Grandparenting Network will inspect the returned merchandise and refund your money or send out the exchanged product, provided you meet the conditions listed above, within 1-2 weeks. Please allow 4-7 weeks for special order items. If the returned items do not comply with any of the criteria listed above, they will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

Exchanges: Re-shipping costs for all exchanges will be based same as the original order. In most cases it will be equal to the original shipping cost for the item.

Returns: A standard restocking fee of $5.00 or 10% whichever is greater, will be applied to all “Standard Order” returns. Maximum restocking fee is $15.00. Delivery charges will NOT be refunded.

Christian Grandparenting Network does not cover the shipping cost unless the item delivered was damaged upon receipt or the wrong item was shipped. If this happens to be the case, contact us immediately and provide explanation of said damage so that we may take appropriate actions. We must be contacted within 1 week of the delivery date. If we are contacted after 1 week, we will assume that the product was not damaged during delivery.

Cancellation information: Your credit card will be billed at time of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of the purchase and we will refund your credit card. After 24 hours we will only be able to cancel the order if it has not been picked for shipping.

The above state Returns and Exchange Policy is FINAL. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions.
