Be your grandkids cheerleader. It is important for us to communicate our love to our grandkids. Send them a greeting card, email, give them a telephone call or you may want to text them, if they have a cell phone for Valentines Day.

Grandkids love to hear these words

  1. I love being your grandparent.
  2. I believe in you and love you very much.
  3. I appreciate your attitude.
  4. You are learning and doing so well in school.
  5. You did a good job when you ____________.
  6. I know you are doing your best.
  7. You are going to do your great when you grow up.
  8. I am happy that you love Jesus and want to do right.

A Valentine’s Prayer for your grandchildren.

Dear God, give ________ a good heart.

?    A heart that is gentle, tender, and teachable.

?    A heart that loves the You with all his/her heart, soul, and mind.

In Jesus name, Amen
