Of his numerous accomplishments, Gary Alexander lists his most important one as raising three Christian adult children. Gary helped found the Christian ministry, Total Health LLC, serving the less fortunate in Central America by building and staffing medical clinics. He served on the board of Total Health for 18 years before retiring in 2022. He served as a board member for other international Christian ministries, while also playing guitar, mandolin, and singing in his churches' worship bands. Now he mentors his grandchildren from a distance by sending them letters relating his adventurous life stories from Biblical truths and Christian values. In his spare time, Gary enjoys restoring classic motorcycles, woodworking, playing guitar, singing, hiking, and traveling with his wife of 50 years.
