Always Speak The Truth

by | May 10, 2009 | 0 comments

A truthful witness does not lie; a false witness breathes lies.  Proverbs 14:5

Gentle words bring life and health;  A deceitful tongue crushes the spirit.  Proverbs 15:4 NLT

Grandchildren need to learn the importance of being honest. It always pays to tell the truth, in the home, at school, and in the work place. Being deceitful will damage their integrity and relationship’s. However, gentle, kind, and honest words will always bring satisfaction to their hearts.

• Pray that your grand kids will recognize when they are tempted to lie, so they will think of the consequences if they tell a lie, and tell the truth.
• Pray that if they do tell a lie, they will admit it, confess it to God, and to whom they lied.
• Pray also they will learn to think before they speak and choose their words wisely.
