No matter the age, from wee little ones to the oldest grandchildren, do not let this holiday pass without capitalizing on it for the Lord. This includes is a list of activities and ideas to do in person or virtually. Be creative and have fun, adapting and modifying them so they work for you.

Are our prayers for our grandchildren too small? Let’s not limit our prayers for our grandchildren to matters of “health and happiness.” Let’s lift our eyes higher. Let’s build into our prayer time for our grandchildren BIG prayers – prayers for matters of eternity.

In 1981, social worker Dorothy Miller originated the term “sandwich generation” to describe those who are working full time while simultaneously caring for their children and aging parents. But a new term has emerged for those of us who are older adults wedged between advanced elderly parents, adult children, grandchildren, or even great-grandchildren: “triple-decker club sandwich”! One in three families today include four generations. 

Invest quality time with your grandchildren while both generations create lasting precious memories and receive Bible-based instruction.

An ancient biblical proverb says: "A good man leaves an inheritance for his children's children." What kind of inheritance is worth leaving to my grandchildren that will make their lives more rich and full?

One of the greatest encouragements found in the Bible is the promise that God is attentive to the prayers of His children. Whatever the need, remember to ask.

Grandparents are called to be examples of what it means to walk in the truth and cultivate trusting relationships that allow us to engage truth from one generation to another. Help your grandchildren to experience the reality of a relationship with Jesus Christ and live the adventure of walking with Him.
