Use these instructions to update your status on Facebook.
- Click here to download our banner to your computer. Save it where you can find it again, your desktop is a good place.
- Next, go to Facebook, edit your status and click the Add Photo/Video link.
- Then click the Upload Photo / Video link.
- Copy and paste the following text into the message box. Then click the Browse button and select the banner you downloaded in step 1.
